How much notice do you need to book a clean?
We try to facilitate bookings up to an hour before you need a cleaner. If you need a cleaner last minute, just give us a call or book online and we will do everything we can to facilitate you. If we are unable to facilitate your clean, we will let you know and you will not be charged.
How many cleaners will you send?
Typically, one professional cleaner is our normal. For larger homes, we may send a team of 2 people.
What if I want to cancel my booking?
That is no problem! You can do this by logging into your online account or by calling us on (502) 230-6735. Keep in mind that there will be a $40 cancellation free for any clean cancelled after 5pm on the day prior to your booking, so please ensure you let us know with as much time to spare as possible.
Is your service available in my area?
Most likely, yes! Super Cleaning Louisville services are available across Louisville and surrounding areas. Please call us if you are unsure whether or not you are in our catchment area.
What if I’m not happy with my service?
Our 100% guarantee ensures a customer is never left unhappy. Just give us a call or email if you are unhappy with your service, and we will send a cleaner back to cover any missed areas.
What is a deep clean or Move in/out clean?
We recommend a deep clean for new customers or customers whose home hasn’t been cleaned professionally in the previous three months.
Do I need to be home for the cleaning?
No, you don’t. It is up to you whether you would like to be at home or head out and take advantage of the extra free time we’ve afforded you. Just leave a key or a lockbox code and we will clean the whole house while you’re out enjoying yourself! Super Cleaning’s mission is to make your life easier.
If I book a regular service, do you send the same cleaner on each visit?
Generally, yes! We try to send the same maid every time as we know our customers like routine and consistency.
Are there any services you don’t provide?
To protect our teams, we cannot clean in homes with biohazards such as animal waste and insect/rodent cleanup. We do not move large furniture or large amounts of trash. Please also note that we do not clean from heights and our teams do not bring ladders with them to cleans.
Who are your maids?
Our maids are carefully vetted, go through full background checks and are loved by other Super Cleaning customers. They are professional, career cleaners who are passionate about cleaning.
Do I need to tip my maid?
It is entirely your decision. If you would like to tip you can add a tip to your online booking or tip in cash on the day of the cleaning – only if you are really happy with our work!
PRICES & BILLING
How is payment taken?
Payment is processed with credit or debit card with our online payments system through Stripe. Every payment is processed via a secure 256 bit protocol in addition to our extended validation SSL security.
When is payment taken from my account?
Payment is processed the next working day after your service has been carried out. There is a hold placed on your card to verify funds the day before your clean – this is not a charge.
How much do your services cost?
Please click on the services page in the header to see how our pricing works. Our pricing is intuitive and is based on the number of rooms in your home. The total cost will be displayed on the booking page prior to finalizing your booking.
REFERRAL SCEHEME & GIFT VOUCHERS.
Can I refer my friend?
Yes, you can refer your friend by having them mention your full name and use the discount code FRIEND50 at the time of booking; for each person you refer that books a one-time service, you will receive a $50 Amazon gift card and the new customer will get $50 off their first booking, while for each person you refer that books a recurring service, you will receive a $200 Amazon gift card and the new customer will get $50 off their first booking. The gift cards will be sent to the email address we have on file for you after the new customer’s first booking is complete (for one-time bookings) or after their second booking is complete (for regular services). Please note that this referral system is only eligible for existing customers who have completed at least one booking and cannot be used to refer households or families that have used our services in the past.
How do I use a gift card?
You can enter your gift card code during the booking process in the section for discount codes. The amount of the gift card will be applied to the total cost of the booking.
